I just wanted to deal with little fat that has acquired its space here and there under my skin which i ardently believe is a result of careless eating habits and sluggish routines. Most books just say what to eat and what to avoid. It is obvious that many of the facts were obvious and known but it is also true that a major amount of the content was brimming with facts unknown or re-establishing the facts that have been overwritten with conclusions of the research and studies of the present.
All Psychological advice should have been given at the end of the book and not in begining.
